One Food with All Necessary Nutrients: 14 ingredients plus water

I made a soup recipe with all the protein (incl. tryptophan, lysine, meth+cys), fat, carbs, fiber, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, choline, betaine, lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-cryptoxanthin, alpha-carotene, and beta-carotene needed, in only 14 ingredients plus water.

Not sure I want to give out the recipe. People online are mean.
